SOK unveils new complex in "MILLENNIA" project in Rishon Lezion

With an investment of around NIS 30 million, excluding rental costs, the complex has already reached an occupancy rate of over 60% for all offices and 100% occupancy for small and medium offices, with a long waiting list. Due to high demand, work on the 18th floor in the tower has been expedited, with current occupancy rates standing at 90%.

The facility's success and high demand stem from SOK's innovative approach to Rishon Lezion and its surroundings, offering a premium workspace environment in Israel. With its design, location, services, and strategic accessibility around the clock via public transportation (adjacent to the Moshe Dayan Train Station and major traffic arteries), office rentals start at NIS 1,800 per workstation, with hybrid office options available.

Alex Barafanov, CEO of the network, welcomed the launch, noting the unsurprising high demand for premium standard offices and the proactive move to expedite the 18th-floor work to meet demand. He also shared that since the opening, over 60% of companies in the complex have grown and expanded on the floor, indicating economic recovery and resilience.
