Among other findings, the survey highlighted that the cost per kilogram of beef and ground veal stands at about NIS 41.65, while competing networks offer beef and ground veal at prices ranging between NIS 52-59 per kilogram. Fresh beef and veal asado is sold for about NIS 66 to NIS 76 per kilogram, whereas at Salih Dabbah, these cuts can be purchased for only NIS 47.21. Among the 44 food networks surveyed, including Rami Levy, Yochananof, and Hatzi Hinam, Salih Dabbah stands out with the cheapest and most cost-effective prices for fresh meat cuts, such as quality beef sirloin, beef shoulder roast, and fresh veal
