Los dirigentes de Hamás se plantean abandonar Catar: ¿Cómo afecta a la liberación de los rehenes?

Como recordarán, en los últimos años, con la adhesión de países árabes a los Acuerdos de Abraham, Israel también ha tenido contactos con Omán, y el año pasado, Mascate aprobó que los vuelos israelíes pasaran por su espacio aéreo. Sin embargo, esta decisión fue cancelada con el estallido de la guerra el 7 de octubre.
Si el liderazgo de Hamás abandona Catar, existe el temor de que la crisis en las relaciones cause el colapso de los contactos para la liberación de los rehenes israelíes de la cautividad de Hamás, en la que Catar sirve como un mediador central.
A principios de esta semana, como se mencionó, el Primer Ministro de Catar, Muhammad al-Thani, anunció que su país está "reevaluando su posición como mediador entre Israel y Gaza".
"Nuestra posición está siendo mal utilizada por los políticos para sus propios fines", dijo Al-Thani, sus palabras llegan unos días después de que Hamas anunciara una vez más que el acuerdo actual para la liberación de rehenes no es aceptable para ellos.
