2 Israeli officers injured after clashes in Nablus as Jews visit Joseph's Tomb

As the Israeli forces and worshipers entered the city, dozens of Palestinians rioted, throwing rocks and explosives toward their vehicles and firing toward security forces, according to Border Police.

Border Police responded to the riots with live fire and riot dispersal methods. One officer was lightly wounded by an explosive and transferred for treatment to an IDF clinic. Another officer was injured lightly by a stone that hit his face and was treated at the scene.

Amid the firefight, an armored vehicle belonging to Border Police sustained significant damage.
