According to Palestinian reports, the girl was evacuated in moderate condition to Rafidia Surgical Hospital in Nablus. Judea and Samaria district police have opened an investigation into the incident.

The girl's aunt told Haaretz on Sunday that the girl was assaulted by a group of settlers, one of whom even tried to drag her away.

Mashhoor, the girl's father, told Walla News that "young people threw stones at our house. My eldest daughter was alone on the road near the house, they threw a stone at her and broke her nose. It was full of blood, we took her to the hospital in Nablus for medical treatment." He added that "the rock throwing has repeated itself several times already."

According to Israeli human rights organization Yesh Din, the girl was playing in her backyard when the settlers, who also caused damage to at least 4 additional houses, began throwing rocks toward her, injuring her face, and causing her to bleed from her nose and head.
